You don't need a business license to sell on Etsy. And yes, a PayPal account is all you need to charge. You will give Etsy your PayPal information and Etsy will process the payments and then pay you through PayPal.

From what you have said it's an emotionally abusive situation that has turned into physically abusive as well.I would honestly get the authorities involved.You may think they will make matters worse but they won't.Make sure you have evidence against him first, then approach someone about the situation.You most likely will be taken to a relatives house to stay for a while and you will get a restraining order. You may not want to press charges but think about it- you could potentially have him in jail where he can't get to you.

Man, i hate my moms boyfriend, he was abusive and a drinked alot and i hate him. He says to my mom that he wants me to feel like hes my dad.but he will never be He hit my mom! I will never forgive him.
What i do is get away from him, and try to get out of the house. DONT TALK TO HIM!

You don't say how old you are, but if your mother doesn't listen to you, I'm sorry to say this, but she is not being a good mother.I suggest that you don't complain to your mother about her boyfriend.Just tell her you are afraid of this guy, for her and yourself. You are missing her and on edge whenever he's around.If things don't change completely, ( and truthfully I do not think think anything will change) you must try to find another place to live. Seriously. Go to a trusted teacher, counselor, principal ask them to help you find a grandma or aunt that you can live with. Report the abuse and threats to your mom.
Get help soon, please. No one should have to live like this.

OMG ur moms boyfriend seems psycho :s how could ur mom get back to him when he slaps her on the face! Ur mom should really leave this guy and u don't talk with him unless if it was something important and don't wash his dishes ur not his made let him do his own things by him self ur just being nice to him

ok this is major… He is abusive and an alcoholic and YES hes using your mother… I hate to say this, but there really isnt anything that i think you can do.If your mother wants to live with a man like that then shes stupid.Have you talked to maybe your school counselor or a teacher you can trust.Tell them whats going on and see what your options are. Can you stay with your dad?You need to get out of there before something happens to you,your mom is old enough to see the problems and take care of herself.If she decides this is what she wants there is nothing you can do, sincethis has been going on for 4 years.I know you love your mom very much, but honey she is lost and after 4 years and shes still with this guy… shell never leave him i hate to say it.Can you even go to the police and talk to someone to see if there is something they can recommend to do in this situation.He has a record and they deal with things like this all the time.They may know of someone you can talk to help.But PLEASEYOU NEED TO GET OUT!!!!!!!I am fearful for you….
