100% SCAM and that link contains malware – DO NOT click it or your computer will be infected. If it were from Craigslist why would they link you to a non-craigslist site? Craigslist is a FREE service, they don't give away free products
Besides, ONLY a scammer will say "This is not a scam"
Mark as Spam and delete it. If you clicked that link run a virus/malware scan ASAP and change your password
