Contact the police, this is animal cruelty. Tell that kid's parents about him bugging your dog. if that doesn't work put a fence so the kid wont touch your dog. If you have a fence make it higher or tell the kid it is an electric fence. Hope this helps!

Normally I ignore reporting people for things like that but I think they would be pushing me enough to report them.

As far as the kid bugging your dog, probably not much you can do about that except train the dog to ignore them. My older puppy didn't like my neighbor's kids once they started coming out in spring. I was training her to calm down and it was going good until they started teasing her. Then I had to get a shock collar. My voice and the threat of being crated no longer cut through her desire when there's a kid standing right next to the fence hitting the fence.
Now they have my younger puppy barking and he had no problem with them before.
It would be nice if we could put shock collars on the kids instead.

If you believe there is a law against the things they are doing then call the SPCA.If you explain the situation they will be out there in no time i guaruntee you that.

It is a law that you "PROPERLY" dispose of a deceased animal according to state law.I do not think throwing a dead pup away in the trash honors this law..or basic human compassion at that.You need to call the SPCA, tell them what has happend with the puppy, the breeding of the dogs, and the malnourished dog they aquired.Make sure you tell them that the dogs are not being properly vaccinated and that you fear that your dog is in danger due to the lack of care their dogs are recieving.

Also, make sure to tell them about the ones chained up in the backyard.There is also a law against having your dog chained up for a certain amount of time.I know here you cannot have a dog chained up outside at all.

And another thing, I think some kid needs a good @$$ kicking!!!You do not reach out to another person's dog without THEIR permission.And when told not to, you do not do it anyway.he deserves to get is hand chewed off if you ask me…

Call the town and speak to animal control and ask if it's town policy to throw away dead animals.I know it's againt town regulations where I live.Let them know about the conditions next door and let them handle it.If they fail to resolve the problem, contact the police and the ASPCA about the activity next door.Keep your dog away from these nuts and report it if the children continue to tease your dog.Good luck.
