Home based stock trader question?
Justin M Asked: Home based stock trader question?
I'am a stock trader and I work from home using E*Trade. Im a swing trader, I started out with a small fund so I was only making a trade a week and I have built up my funds up so I now make multiple trades a week, I work full time sitting on my computer during market hours watching my stocks and analyzing stocks. My question is should I register as a business like a LLC or corporation etc?? Im not the type of trader who has clients and manages there stocks and I do not plan on doing this. I do not need any employees, I basically just sit at home on my computer and make trades to make income to support me.
