I am receiving Disability Loving Allowance, Income Support and Severe Disability Allowance. What I would like to know is can I do a bit of computer work at home and earn some money from doing so,(e.g. sell stuff on ebay) or do I need to give up my benefits if I want to earn any money. Your answers would be much appreciated. Thanks.

No, benefits are when a person cannot or are unable to obtain job which offers a regular salary.
Selling on Ebay will not pay for food- there is no telling when you will sell something and how much it will sell for.
So the answer to your question is- you will not lose any benefits for selling on EBAY
