COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM.
And a well publicized one, at that. Just search Y!A for questions similar to yours and see.
"I'm out of town right now" is a favorite for foreign scam artists.
The famous Nigerian check fraud sets you up to spend money for them and send a small portion back via western union, you end up being financially and criminally liable for the entire amount of the bad check which in some cases can take a week or 2 to be confirmed to be a fake.
Some even hire innocent locals to buy a check printing kit and do their mailings for htem off a bad bank account #.
Judging by the bad grammer, I would guess so. This certainly doesn't seem like it would be written by a real estate agent. A lot of scams are foreign, so very bad grammer is usually an indicator of a scam.
Examples:
"want to becoming"
"these services: Mail services Receive my mails and drop them off at UPS" (improper capitals, lack of commas and spaces between commas/periods and next sentence)
"Where are you located? I would love to meet up with you to talk about this job but I am currently away on business. " (Why would they need to know where you are located if they cannot meet up with you and location doesn't really matter?)
"my mails" (Should be either my mailings or my mail, I have never heard anyone in the US say mails before)
"That is not a bad offer is it?" (It sounds like they are trying to sell you something)
"I work in a realestate"
They are probably trying to get your info to sell it to some spam list or send you more spam offers, I wouldn't believe this. Also, they could end up asking you to buy something for them out of pocket and never pay you, so you would be the one who lost money.
If it's too good to be true, it probably isn't.
Sounds like a scam to me. I work from home myself and do ad postings on Craigslist but I NEVER ask for a persons personal information. I wouldn't give it either. Plus what they are offering as pay even sounds to good to be true. If you are looking for legit work I don't mind telling you about what I do. But as far as that… RUN, AND RUN AWAY FAST
